Summer Personality Broadcast Journalism Program

Are you trying to gain experience in creating your own brand to host interviews with influencers, produce/direct content pieces, and assist with cohesive storytelling? We are looking for people who are great at taking feedback and applying it on the fly while trying to consistently improve. While being able to Actually use the work for your portfolio? Each program becomes a mini agency of students from all across the world (We have a hybrid program where remote students gain just as much experience as those students in the Chicagoland area) and all different skills come together to strategize and work on projects, that build Dim and client brands. 
 If you are the type of person who is looking for real-life experiences that help you and others learn, connect with career professionals, and create paths to get to your dream careers, then this is the program for you. 


Responsibilities & Duties: 
Job duties would include, but not be limited to:
  • Produce content for show like materials 
  • Create interview flows to capture accurate stories 
  • Pitch guests for your content pieces and secure them 
  • Build your relationship with acts/people in the industry 
  • Research and find different trends in content/Interview spaces
  • Build your brand by marketing yourself through the content you are creating/on the Dim University account  
  • Writing up one-pagers and marketing plans for storytelling/how it fits into the brand 
 
QUALIFICATIONS WE'D LOVE YOU TO HAVE:
  • Student of life or college student (You do not need to be in college to be eligible)  
  • Willingness to learn
  • 0-2 years of BCJ experience 
  • Must have strong communication skills
  • Self-Motivated (Very Important)
  • Strong relationship building skills
