MANAGER OF STRATEGIC PROGRAMMING AND IMPACT

Position Description— Reporting to the Executive Director, the Manager of Strategic Programming and Impact will serve as a critical member of the team positioned to integrate our work; they will work to monitor the strategic vision, mission and goals of the organization while implementing pilot programs. The manager will provide oversight on all emerging programs, capturing both the narrative and tracking the data to support reporting and learning, necessary to grow. They will continually evaluate the effectiveness of programs to provide ongoing feedback; strengthen our funding capacity; and continuously improve our work by monitoring internal and external trends.

Under the direction and guidance of the Executive Director, they will take the lead in driving key programs that advance neighborhood wellness and economic mobility, specifically our pilot signature economic mobility initiative and support key independent resident-led programs, like the Development Review Committee.

Programs:
·        Signature Economic Mobility Initiatives for Residents: design and coordinate supportive services both in partnership with outside organizations and designing programming unique to Cornerstone that is aligned with the 10 Year Impact Statement, specifically focused on economic empowerment and economic mobility (e.g. civic engagement, social capital). Monitor and report on specific key performance indicators towards Cornerstone’s goals with residents.
·        Program management and coordination: Support the launch and day-to-day management of our pilot signature economic healing program to renters.
Data and Metrics Dashboard:
·        Metrics and Logic Model/Theory of Change: Track Cornerstone’s learnings and wins as captured in our dashboard according to our theory of change and monitor the enterprise metrics across all work domains including programming, asset management, resident services, finance, and general administration.
·        Program Evaluation: Work with the Executive Director to develop and perfect evaluation and reporting tools, as requested.
Storytelling and Development Support:
·        Communications: Work with the Executive Director and Manager of Development and Donor Engagement to support donor stewardship efforts such as supporting story development in our stewardship and major donor efforts such as annual report development.
·        Resident Interviews: Work with the Resident Services team to invite residents and neighborhood stakeholders to share their unique stories and interactions with Cornerstone.
·        Reporting: Work with Manager of Development and Donor Engagement to create and submit grant reports to funders in a timely manner with fresh and accurate recorded data.
Community Development Coordination:
·        Development Review Committee (DRC): Support, engage, and coordinate with the Development Review Committee including supporting meeting documentation such as minutes and special presentations. 
·        Cornerstone Resident Community Engagement: Work with the Cornerstone residents to engage in complementary programs and services that specifically support underlying determinants of health and wholeness as aligned with the West End Plan.
·        Seasons of Wonder Storytelling: Work closely with the Executive Director to support our neighborhood-based literacy initiative in collaboration with literacy experts in the field through monthly or quarterly themed events.
