Though the storm has passed, Hurricane Ian has had a lasting effect on cities throughout Florida. The community has banded together in Florida to provided resources due to the devastating loss it has created.
Still, remote assistants are needed to share compassion to these families by providing empathy and collecting basic information. Your compassion and support as you collect this information will be important as the callers are going through some very difficult and emotional situations.

What You Will Do:
• Handle client's customer service and provide support with empathy and patience
• Ask probing questions and use critical thinking to determine root cause of the issue
• Clearly document the caller’s inquiry, steps taken and resolution/next steps
• Compose professionally written emails and follow proper escalation procedures as needed
What You Bring:
• Windows 10/11 Operating System with webcam, ethernet and USB wired headset
• Must reside in one of the following states: AR, FL, GA, IL, KS, NH, NJ, OH, TN, TX, PA, VA
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to communicate through verbal and written English.
• Must pass all assessments and remote system check

• Flexibility to work various shifts based on business needs. You can expect your schedule to fall within the hours of operation, which are 7:00 AM - 10:00 PM CST, 7 days a week
