The Talent Acquisition Specialist partners with a diverse portfolio of department hiring managers and HR Business Partners to develop and execute effective and creative recruitment plans and strategies. You will work closely with hiring leaders to understand their business and hiring needs, manage job requisitions, and actively engage candidates via outbound methods (networking activities, social media, targeted sourcing strategies, etc.) and inbound methods (applicants through system).

Starting rate may be negotiable based on experience and qualifications.

Minimum Qualifications
Two (2) years or more of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition OR as a human resources generalist with experience in recruitment/talent acquisition.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience partnering with hiring managers on recruitment strategies
Experience using social media as an advertising and outreach resource
Experience in candidate screening and selection, especially structured interviewing techniques
Experience with enterprise-level HR and/or talent acquisition (ATS) systems
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
