OneGoal is seeking a part time Digital Platforms Administrator to provide analytical and administrative support across OneGoal Summer Hub's multiple digital platforms! The OneGoal Summer Hub is a website that helps recent CPS graduates navigate life after high school by providing financial, academic, and community resources and guidance. It is powered by an AI chatbot that will serve as a 24/7 advisor for students. The Digital Platforms Admin is the brains and wheels behind our digital interactions such as texting, live chat sessions, discussion boards or social media.

The Digital Platforms Admin is a detailed-oriented, persistent problem solver, but they also have an interest in social media and popular trends which add value to their community engagement recommendations and strategic planning. You will monitor and moderate live conversations, support text message campaigns, and interact with our students to ensure user-experience is not only effective, but pleasing to our audiences of young adults, counselors, and teachers. Your digital expertise and presence in the Summer Hub digital communities should aid you in tracking and reporting on digital metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs). You will work with the Creative Promoter and regularly communicate your learnings and recommendations to the Chicago Innovation Team (CIT) to improve the effectiveness of creative content and the success of our outreach and community engagement strategies.

Responsibilities
● Monitor and moderate communication across the Summer Hub digital and social media platforms (primarily Discord) to build community and enforce rules.
● Support student text message and chat exchanges to ensure swift, informative service and replies during defined hours or as assigned by utilizing the provided training manuals.
● Act on digital engagement data, identify and share trends in interactions, and support the
development of strategies and campaigns that increase engagement and mitigate challenges.
● Support the development and management of a social media calendar for smooth and timely content production and posting.

Requirements
● At least 1 year of digital or social media experience, including volunteer participation in social media communities (i.e., Discord servers, Instagram, TikTok, Reddit)
● Knowledgeable on digital monitoring tools and social media insights
● Effectively communicate and engage with students and communities online
● Some expertise or experience with college and career advising and mentorship knowledge and
practices
● Familiarity with chat and texting programs
● Have an eye for social media trends and user experience best practices
● Highly detail oriented and organized with a customer-service orientation
● Skilled and communicative workflow and project manager
● Professional, courteous, and empathetic communication skills
● Patience and calm under pressure
● High integrity and mission driven (belief in all students’ ability to succeed)
● Self-starter who is adaptable, curious, and solution-oriented
● Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
