Are you looking for a chance to use your creative talents for community impact? OneGoal is seeking a part time Creative Promoter to support the building and maintenance of OneGoal Summer Hub’s social media voice and image! The OneGoal Summer Hub is a digital website that helps recent Chicagoland graduates navigate life after high school by providing financial, academic, and community resources and guidance. The Creative Promoter will be responsible for the production of fun, innovative, and informative content for Summer Hub’s main social media outlets that are aligned with the organization’s mission. They will also demonstrate Summer Hub features to teenage students, families, high school counselors, and teachers at a variety of in-person events.

The Creative Promoter is an eager, out-going self-starter who loves to engage with others online and in real life and is not afraid of being in front of the camera! Not only are you up-to-date on all of the social media trends and language, but you enjoy participating in them by making intriguing videos, inspiring posts, fun stories, or even funny memes (yes, memes!) to build followers and relationships. You will work closely with the Manager of Program Innovation (MPI) and Digital Platform Administrator (DPA) to support social media content production, aligning on the overarching creative vision and utilizing frequent touch points to consistently communicate vision. You should regularly request input across the CIT (Chicago Innovation Team), while also recommending and moving forward on creative solutions and tweaks as needed. You think outside of the box, but always with our users in mind, fiercely delivering informative content with flair and charisma.

Responsibilities
● Support MPI and DPA in creating and producing creative content for social media outlets such as
Instagram and TikTok. Content creation includes videos, posts, graphics, and campaigns.
● Secure necessary collateral for video products by writing scripts, identifying music, images, video
clips, sound bites, and securing voice overs and acting (even from yourself) as needed for video
creation.
● Building and maintaining a social media presence that adds value to the Summer Hub follower’s
experience by engaging with their cultural interests and current needs.
● Identifying, developing, and managing relevant social media influencers and opportunities to build effective relationships with the influencers to scale the Summer Hub’s audience and engagement.
● Lead and participate in the Summer Hub’s in-person promotions and community events.
● Ensure all content speaks to the intended audience and serves its purpose as identified by the MPI and with input from team and relevant stakeholders.
● Proactively and consistently seek input and feedback from stakeholders on products at key stages of production.
