OEM Sales Manager Americas & EMEA

We are looking for an expereinced and motivated OEM Sales Manager to join the Andor | Oxford Instruments Team! This is an exciting opportunity for the appointed individual to contibute to an exceptional team. The right candidates will either be a highly experienced OEM Sales individual or OEM sales manager in a technical OEM / machined parts industry.
 
About the Opportunity: 
Reporting to the Director of Global Sales and Service, the OEM Sales manager is a key appoihtment for the continued successful development of Andor’s growth business and is expected to execute the OEM strategy exploiting the significant growth potential that exists within Industrial markets. The OEM Sales manager will be responsible for the management of the OEM business and Regional Sales Staff. They will represent the company at Senior Level in OEM accounts. This role will be positioned in the US, Eastern time zone, must be near a major international airport.
 
Key Responsibilities: 
  • Manage the implementation of the OEM business plan in line with the Global Sales Strategy and the strategic goals of the Company
  • Management of designated employees ensuring the team are fully briefed, trained and equipped to carry out their roles effectively.
  • Develop & expand the OEM business to ensure annual revenue, orders, and service targets are achieved 
  • Implement Key Account methodologies with the aim to build sales funnel and Land new business.
  • Implement standardized account management processes to include, Quarterly and Annual business reviews, quality reviews, and detailed NPI roadmap reviews with the aim to build deep and meaningful partnerships through a standardized and scalable process.
  • Provide high level market /competitive information contributing to the overall strategic direction of the Company
  • Provide descriptive monthly reports on region performance, performance metrics, CRM pipeline health, progress of identified strategies
  • Partner extensively with Operations to detail OEM demand profile to better serve the needs of Andor’s growing OEM customer base.
  • Travel is required across the Americas and EMEA to build key business partnerships. 
 
About You: The right candidate for this role will have a Science or Business Degree with extensive sales experience in a technical OEM environment in complex machine parts and has had personal responsibility for revenue generation of $10M plus with the ability or potential to lead a sales organisation at $50M plus. We are looking for an experienced manager or team lead who is able to develop, motivate and coach best practice within a team or an exceptional sales preson who is ready to move into a manager level role, with demonstrated consistent level of sales growth over diversified portfolio of products/markets and ability to contribute at strategic level and implement at organisational level.
