Responsibilities

We currently have a great opportunity available for a Intern, Center for Learning. This role will support the Center for Learning team with Studio production and training administration functions for all parts of the Center for Learning. Responsible for studio production, asset management, and training preparation and assisting with small project management.
 
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:  
  1. Assist in production of CFL live events (VILT, Webinars, Demos, tours & Live Meetings).
  2. Assist in the production of video and audio assets.
  3. Analysis and cleanup of CFL network storage volumes.
  4. Assist Media Production team with cataloging and organizing of digital media assets.
  5. Assist in the administration of translations.
  6. Assist Business System team with reporting and survey data and updating of LMS based training content.
  7. Prepare classroom materials for onsite training.
  8. Assist with classroom setup and cleanup.
  9. Develop serial number lists for all products within the Center for Learning.
  10. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Currently a student attending a college/university with a major in video production, communications, business or similar field preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Multi-tasking abilities.
  • Good understanding of general marketing/communications principles.
