Marketing Internship - 6 months (January - June 2022)

We are looking for candidates to support our Marketing organization across these teams:

Brand Marketing - The Brand Marketing organization’s purpose is to build, protect and scale our brand. We are the storytellers responsible for building our brand’s recognition in powerful, emotional narratives and protecting our reputation in order to continuously grow our base of loyal customers. This includes ensuring consistent, delightful brand experiences across every touchpoint – from our messaging and narratives through to physical experiences. 
Customer Advocacy - The Customer Advocacy team identifies, develops and produces customer stories and spokespeople that bring the impact of ServiceNow and the success of our customers to life. Since customer success and stories are central to everything ServiceNow does, Customer Advocacy has an exciting vantage point that connects across product, sales and multiple marketing channels. Our focus in on building and nurturing our robust base of ServiceNow Customer Advocates, then delivering Advocacy services across sales and marketing, including 1:1 sales references, group reference calls and customer story amplification.  
Demand Marketing - The Demand Marketing team creates and activates customer experiences to promote ServiceNow’s solutions in partnership with sales to drive pipeline. This team activates a variety of marketing activities that resonate with our customer base including: customer experiences through digital acquisition, email marketing, event promotion and execution and direct mail. 
Digital Product Marketing - The Digital Marketing team supports Servicenow.com and other external-facing websites. We are a team of Developers, QA Engineers, Project Managers, Technical Operations Specialist and Web Producers. 
Marketing Operations & Excellence - The Marketing Operations & Excellence team is responsible for collaboratively delivering best in class operational capabilities to enable the marketing organization to exceed business objectives and maximize efficiency and effectiveness. 
Product & Solutions Marketing - The Product & Solutions Marketing team is responsible for messaging, positioning, and sales enablement content to identify and articulate the targeted solutions and solve business imperatives that customers are trying to fix. 

Qualifications:
  • Currently enrolled at an accredited University pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Psychology, English, Design, or a similar field 
  • Willing to commit to a 6 month, full-time co-op from January - June 2022
  • Graduating December 2022 or later
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal 
  • High proficiency in MS Office Suite of Products (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) 
  • Able to build good cross functional relationships with a variety of teams  
  • Can-do, scrappy, creative spirit, with a desire to own projects from start to finish. 
  • Self-starter with initiative, attention to detail, strong organizational skills 
  • Quick, yet thoughtful and decision-making skills; knows when to ask questions, when to act, when to escalate, and when to ask for help
