Program Support Specialist
This position's primary responsibility is serving as program support to the Board of Assessors (BOA). Responsibilities include processing various property appeals; receiving letters and distributing all time sensitive notifications and determinations; researching the eligibility to file an appeal, supporting the BOA and other applicable department managers; and maintaining applicable records. This position also plays an important role is SLF's communication efforts by assisting with SLF's communications and outreach efforts, which include writing and editing both internal and external communications (ex: correspondence, website copy, social media content). This position also aids in process improvement and serves as backup for the Executive Staff Assistant, when needed. The work is performed under general supervision.
