Forensic Data Analytics Intern - Fall 2021

The Forensic Data Analytics Intern demonstrates an investigative mindset with problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically about data to support high-quality work product for dispute, investigation, compliance, and other business risk matters. This internship consists of real-world projects and deliverables that will provide exposure to a variety of data analytics technologies from a variety of industries. This role will have the opportunity to work on client projects that have a real business impact and give you the experience and skills to equip you in your future career.
Qualifications
Education:
- Currently attending an accredited college or university, required
- Academically in good standing with a cumulative GPA of at least 3.0, required
- Majoring in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or Accounting, preferred

Experience:
Experience in the following areas, preferred:
- Forensic Analytics
- Compliance Analytics
- Business Intelligence
- Artificial Intelligence
- Fraud Analytics
- Data Visualization
- Data Automation
- Data Warehousing

- Three (3) or more months experience with data analytics services for disputes, litigation and investigations matters or forensic, preferred
- Prior financial and/or statistical analysis, business valuation, public accounting, and/or forensic analytics experience, preferred

Software:
- Ability to write SQL queries and manage large data sets within SQL Server or other databases to support various forensic reporting, preferred
- Experience with Python, R, and/or other programming languages or tools, preferred
- Experience with data profiling and data management tools, preferred
- Experience with data visualization software, preferred

- Strong written and verbal communication skills
