Natural Products Resource Coordinator
The Natural Products Resource Coordinator, compiles and maintains science-related technical resources for products, ingredients, and “behind the label” information all of which are used to support inquiries from customers, sales representatives, and consumers. In addition, you will manage and research raw material ingredients to establish regulatory statements and consumer usage guidelines.
What you will do:
- Update and maintain technical information for all products and ingredients.
- Respond to all incoming technical questions in a timely manner (24 hours).
- Support the sales team, brand managers, and customer service representatives on technical inquiries for products and raw materials.
- Send out the updated Technical Questions Log in a timely manner (Each Friday).
- Organize and archive technical information for easy retrieval.
- Maintain the Product Technical Resources SharePoint site.
What we are looking for:
- Bachelors in scientific discipline (chemistry, biology, or nutrition).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to effectively present information and respond to questions.
- Problem solving skills including the ability to define problems and present solutions.
- Strong organizational skills, including ability to shift tasks in fast paced work environment.
- Proven computer proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite, Dynamics Nav, SharePoint, and the Internet.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Exemplary planning, project management, and time management skills.
