Alight’s Early Career Development Internship Program, Inspire
The Inspire Internship is a part of our early career development programs. Interns in this program actively participate in a blended 10-week summer program, across offices throughout the US. This program is a blend of formal education, experiential learning, and mentorship and networking. Helping you to succeed is our top priority. People matter.

Alight is seeking a talented, driven, and intelligent intern to join our Security Services teams securing our organization, platforms, and products.
In this role, you’ll assist the Endpoint Security Team in performing security research, developing internal tools, deployment of security products, and delivering on client engagements, ranging from security assessments to solution implementations. Given your expertise and drive, you’ll face diverse challenges and gain invaluable experience. You’ll have the opportunity to excel independently while having an expert team drive you to achieve your best at tackling diverse challenges.
At Alight, you’ll have the power to make a difference and face real challenges: improving the Alight Global Security posture, advising teams on the most effective ways to address the core security problems, and address real security problems. Challenges vary week to week and provide a wealth of experience.

Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a degree in a technical computer field, including, but not limited to, defensive security, offensive security, network technologies, software development, and information systems.
- Out-of-the box thinker who can leverage various domain of knowledge to create solutions to complex problems
- Curious by nature, intrigued by how things work, and have an appetite to find weaknesses in designs and implementations
- Passionate about technology
- A desire to stay current with the latest technologies, attacks, and hardening strategies
- Solid understanding of the IAC/CIA Triad
- Have learned the core fundamentals of computers, all the way down to protocol stacks.
- Having worked with teams, and have good interpersonal skills, written and verbal skills
- Ability to work collaborative, independently, and remotely
