Job Description
True Believers Community Connections is a 501(c)3 organization that was established in 2013 to address the issues, crisis, and needs of at-risk individuals and families. The organization provides supportive services, primarily education and training, to high-risk populations on their journey toward being equipped and developed as leaders.

Our mission is to foster community relations by collaborating with community partners to offer supportive services for youth/young adults ages 11 to 24 in the Auburn Gresham and Englewood Communities, empowering young women, and men to live healthy, productive lives.

Focus:
Our focus is on delinquency and violence prevention, which would help improve the overall health and economic development of the Auburn Gresham and Englewood communities, the quality of life for all residents, but specifically, increase the likelihood youth ages 11 to 24 will be empowered and equipped as leaders. 

In order to fulfill our organizational goals, True Believers Community Connections is seeking to hire a Program Administrator. Applicants would need to have strong organizational and communication skills, as well as experience in people management. Applicants must also be dedicated workers and problem-solvers. Ultimately, applicants would ensure organizational programs run smoothly and achieve their purpose. Role and Responsibilities
Build rapport and work towards developing a supportive and trusting relationship.

Main duties and responsibilities
Establish supportive relationships with families, schools, employers, probation officers, and community resource partners; Develop an individualized service plan with each youth indicating short term goals to complete programming and ultimately reduce delinquency and violent behavior; Maintain a caseload of youth ages 11 to 24; Connect youth with linkages based on their individual needs; reports directly to the Executive Director.

Other Assignments
·        Obtain parental/guardian consent for services.
·        Complete screenings and assessments
·        Meet on a weekly basis at the office, youth’s school, or home to provide one-on-one mentoring support, complete assessments, make referrals to community partners and services identified through assessments.
·        Monitor progress of each youth on their individual service plan.
·        Keep detailed case notes and records of all interactions, including the youth, family members and service providers, in required databases.
·        Complete necessary reports for funders.
·        Serve as lead and/or back-up staff member for youth programming
·        Attend all trainings as required for agency and professional development.
·        Other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Education Requirements
·        Bachelor of Social Work or similar field with 3+ years’ experience providing case management for youth. Master of Social Work preferred.
·        Self-starter who is passionate about supporting underserved, at-risk youth.
·        Demonstrates cultural sensitivity and ability to work with diverse staff, clients, and community.
·        Ability to collaborate on an interdisciplinary team and work independently.
·        Able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
·        Time management skills and ability to manage priorities and workflow.
·        Passion for, understanding of, and commitment to TBCC’s vision and mission.
·        Current driver’s license, good driving record, evidence of insurability, and reliable access to a vehicle.
·        Ability to travel to meetings in the community, including home and school visits.
